About Judith Holding
Born in Bendigo in 1945 Judy Holding studied for a Diploma of Art at Monash University. Since 1979, she has travelled to the Northern Territory, especially the country of the Kakadu region, to observe and document indigenous ritual practices, spiritual beliefs and social structures, which has influenced her art. Judy Holding has exhibited throughout Australia.
