Born in New Zealand, Nellie Hutton studied at Dunedin School of Art where she later taught. She exhibited at the South Canterbury Art Society, the Canterbury Society of Arts and the Otago Art Society.
Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1997.
