Born in Belgium in 1914, Alice Danciger studied in Paris from 1935 to 1938 and Sydney. She is known as a painter and theatre designer and has exhibited widely in Paris and Australia. In 1947 she left Sydney for Italy and exhibited in Rome in 1950. She remained in Rome until 1972 when she returned home.
