Born in Wisconsin, USA in 1960, Adriane Strampp arrived in Melbourne in 1977 where she studied at the Victoria College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Fine Art. A contemporary painter in oil, she has exhibited in 45 solo shows since 1983 in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Strampp has contributed to Wildflowers of King's Park published in 1983 and A Year of Orchids.
