Born at Karoonda, South Australia in 1947, Peter Coad studied Graphic Arts, Sign Writing and Silk Screen Printing at Marleston Technical College from 1965 to 1968. he worked as a graphic designer for 5 years and then established his own graphic design business, selling it in 1977 to pursue his artistic career, becoming a full time artist in 1996. An impressionist painter, and a graphic and a freelance artist, he has exhibited in Adelaide since 1978 and since 200 has exhibited in all states of Australia.
