Born in Melbourne in 1966, Chris Kandis was awarded a Diploma of Fine Art at Swinburne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Art at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. A traditional landscape artist working in oils he was mentored by Leonard Long. He has exhibited his work in Melbourne since 1987.
