About Ruth Cole
Born in Winchester, England in 1961, Ruth Cole arrived in New Zealand in 1972. She studied at the University of Auckland Elam School of Fine Art, where she was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and then in 1988, a Masters degree in Fine Arts (1st Class Hons). After a period in Germany from 1989 to 1993, she returned to live in Auckland.

The highest price recorded for the artist is $4,031 for Coromandel Coastal Landscape sold by Webb's in December 2002. This year one work has been offered for sale.
