About Beverley Martorana
Born in Melbourne in 1938, Bev Martorana studied at the Caulfield Institute of Technology, becoming a painter and teacher. She travelled extensively to the UK, Europe, USA and Asia, and after winning the Loch Art Award in 1979 went to Rome to live and work. She held her first solo show in Melbourne in 1978. She has held 11 solo exhibitions & has shown in 31 group exhibitions.She lives and works from her studio in Somers, Victoria.
Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1991.
