About Helen Connolly
Born in Sydney in 1956, Helen Connolly studied at the National Art School / Julian Ashton Art School and has worked as a textile designer, graphic designer and illustrator. She work in oils, gouache, inks, watercolour and pastels, graphite and charcoal painter and sculptor who prefers portraiture as her subject. She has exhibited in Sydney since 1987. Helen Connolly was awarded the Sydney Mechanics School of Arts Part-time Scholarship for 2014.
