Born in New Lambton near Newcastle, New South Wales in 1919, Irvine Homer is a self taught naive painter and ceramic artist who generally depicts bush scenes, working in oil, acrylic and enamel. He has exhibtied in Newcastle. His works are represented in the National Collection in Canberra.
