A New Zealand artist born in 1942, Christina Conrad is an expressionist painter of the human figure, many of her paintings heavily sculptured with the use of a mixture of paint with titanium oxide. Her work was influenced by a period in France in her late 30s. She has exhibited in major New Zealand cities and in Sydney.
