Born in New South Wales in 1952, Mostyn Bramley-Moore studied art at the University of Sydney and at the Pratt Institute in New York. He has been resident artist at several overseas universities, and lectures in art at tertiary level in Australia. Bramley-Moore has regularly exhibited his semi- abstract paintings since 1972 in most Australian capital cities and in the United Kingdom.
