About Tom Sladden
Tom Sladden was born in Wellington in 1965. He studied Visual Communication Design at Wellington Polytechnic graduating in 1987 and also spent a year studying at the Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston USA. He worked as an illustrator, designer and teacher, spending ten years at Massey University School of Art and Design and during that time exhibited regularly in Wellington and Auckland. In 2011 in partnership with a friend he opened the Cecil Veda Gallery in Wellington.

The highest price recorded for the artist is $2,538 for Boat Storage 10 sold by Dunbar Sloane in April 2017. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2022.
