About Doreen Gadsby
Born in New South Wales in 1926, Doreen Gadsby studied at East Sydney Technical College under George Lawrence and John Santry. She lived in Canada from 1971 to 1980. Married to John Coburn Gadsby frequently painted the older sections of Sydney and held several successful exhibitions.
