Born in Melbourne in 1972 Emily Floyd studied at Swinburne University and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. A sculptor and installation artist she has had solo exhibitions in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and contributed to numerous group shows.

We have records of art auction sales by Emily Floyd from 2006 and in total 10 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 6 (60%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $5,640 for I Don't Understand 2003 sold by Bonhams & Goodman in November 2009. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2023.
