About Diena Georgetti
Diena Georgetti is an Australian contemporary artist born in Alice Springs, and currently based in Melbourne. Her works have been displayed in galleries across Australia, including the National Gallery of Victoria, the Institute of Modern Art in Brisbane and the Art Gallery of South Australia. Georgetti creates complex abstract paintings derived from diverse source material, including early 20th century art historical movements such as Constructivism, Cubism and Dada.
The total number of works by Diena Georgetti offered for sale by auction since 1996 is 16, of which 8 (50%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $5,485 for Kite sold by International Art Centre in December 2023.
