Lorraine Hepburn was born in 1938 and was awarded a bachelor of Visual Arts from the Sydney College of the Arts in 1980, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Alexander Mackie Institute. She was also awrded an MA (Honours) from the University of new South Wales. She has undertaken numerous international study tours. A sculptor and mixed media artist, she has exhibited since 1973 in Canberra, Adealide and Melbourne.

Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1989.
