Charles Anderson was born in Melbourne in 1961. After graduating from Melbourne University with Honours in English Literature and Language, he decided to paint rather than write. In the mid 1980s he was coordinator for ROAR studios, then travelled through Europe and the USA. He is an abstract painter, working mostly in oils.
