About Laurence D. Kermond
Born in Castlemaine, Victoria in 1918, Laurence Kermond is a self-taught artist who began sketching while serving in the Air Force. Following a period spent in the advertising industry, he started to paint in 1955. In 1971 he operated an art gallery in Merimbula, New South Wales.
