Born in Sydney of Russian/Australian parents, Greg Hyde studied medicine before travelling and painting in Europe and the United States of America.He works in various media from oils to etchings and has illustrated several children's books and has exhibited in the Wynne and Art Gallery of New South Wales Archibald Prizes.
