Born in Melbourne in 1932, Brian Nunan is a self-taught landscape and portrait painter, known for painting aspects of the Northern Territory and the northern area of Western Australia.. He exhibited in the Melbourne area in the 1970s and 80s. Since 1997 he has worked from his studio and gallery in Castlemaine.
