Born in Cowra, New South Wales in 1950, John Milenkovic is a self-taught artist. In the 1970's he moved to the Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane, where he was inspired by surf, bush, flora and fauna. He has exhibited his paintings of rural and coastal life and landscapes in Queensland, since 1986 in Brisbane. He operates a studio and gallery at Coolum Beach in Queensland.
