About Nancy De Freitas
Born in Trinidad in 1949, Nancy De Frietas studied at Ontario College of Art while living in Canada. She also lived in Australia prior to her arrival in New Zealand in 1977 where she studied at Elam School. A teacher, painter and installation artist, she is represented in several public collections.
We have records of art auction sales by Nancy De Freitas from 1993 and in total 16 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 9 (56%) were sold.
