A painter in oils and watercolours, Francis Otho Bianchi was proprietor of the Customhouse Hotel in Wellington, New Zealand from 1900 to 1903.Working in oils, he captured the wild New Zealand landscape and is represented in the Turnbull and Hocken Libraries.
