About Graeme Roche
Born in Melbourne in 1944, Graeme Roche was mostly a self-taught painter, taking up the craft after moving to Queensland in the early 1970s. He travelled to UK, Europe and USA in 1981, returning to live in Melbourne. Roche died of lung cancer in 1995.
We have records of art auction sales by Graeme Roche from 1975 and in total 62 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 55 (89%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $38,645 for Wrecked Cars (The Eccentric) sold by Leonard Joel in October 2005. This year one work has been offered for sale.
