About Vincent Edward Juradowitch
Born in Newcastle, New South Wales in 1904, Juradowitch studied at the Meldrum School in Melbourne. In the mid-1940s he moved to Sydney where he established a studio to paint portraits and sell art. He also painted landscapes and flowers. He was a finalist in the Art Gallery of New South Wales Archibald Prize on multiple occasions between 1941 and 1955.
