Robert Hollingworth is a painter and writer living on the South Coast of New south Wales. He studied both Fine Art (Masters) and Professional Writing at RMIT University. He has written for many journals and has three books published, the most recent, Smythe’s Theory of Everything 2011. He has held more than forty solo exhibitions throughout Victoria and New South Wales. His awards include the Mt Buller $25,000 Art Prize 2008; Castlemaine Drawing Prize 1994; Swan Hill Art Gallery Drawing Acquisition 1991 and Print Acquisition 1992; Sulman Prize. He was a finalist for the Sulman Prize in 2011, which he had won in 1990.
