About Oscar Edwards
Born in Queensland in 1905, Edwards studied under Julian Ashton, Ray Lindsay and Desiderius Orban. Well known as a collector and artist in collage, he was a member of the Contemporary Art Society from 1939 to 1960, and also a member of Institute of Contemporary Arta, London. He died in 1996.
