About Robert Joel
Robert Joel, born in 1955 worked in Perth, Western Australia, and later moved to Melbourne. He was a member of the Victorian Artist’s Society in the early 1980s and exhibited in group shows with the Society. Working in watercolour and occasionally oils, his work has a romantic Edwardian theme.
