About Madeleine Clear
Born in USA in 1945, Madeline Clear arrived in Australia in 1956. She studied at the Perth Technical College from 1963 - 1966 and was awarded a Diploma in Graphic Design. From 1975 to 1991 she lectured in art at the TAFE. is a landscape painter whose series of paintings of South Australian wine growing areas were well recieved. She has held more than 20 solo exhibitions Perth, Adelaide and Sydney since 1981.
