Born in Sydney in 1945, Mike Parr studied at Queensland University. A sculptor, video and performance artist, and energetic protagonist of avante garde art, he has exhibited his work at shows and performances in Brazil, Cuba, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the United States.
