About Jules Michel
Born in France in 1931, Jules Michel studied in Paris at the Ecole des Beaux Arts and the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs before arriving in Australia in 1971. An expressionist oil painter, he has exhibited frequently in Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney and in North America. His work is represented in private collections around the world, including the collection of HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
