Born in Sydney in 1945, Geoffrey Hooper studied at East Sydney Technical College and in Europe. He is known as a romantic symbolist and figurative painter using mixed media, pastel, acrylic and gouache, and he has exhibited in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle.
