About Sonya Weinfeld
Born in Poland, Sonya Weinfeld studiedwas awarded a degree in fine art from the Academy of Art in Cracow and also studied in Paris in the late 1940s. A painter and sculptor, her first Australian exhibition was in Melbourne in 1964 and she continued exhibiting until the 1980s.
